1. Scope and applicability

This master disclaimer applies to Agni Samaj (the “Company”) and to all of its Projects and Platforms, whether existing now or launched in the future. “Projects and Platforms” includes any website, page, profile, channel, application, course, event, or payment page operated by or on behalf of Agni Samaj.

Illustrative examples (not exhaustive) include:

These are examples only. All current and future Projects and Platforms of Agni Samaj are governed by this master disclaimer from the date they become operational. Listing a new project here may take time due to operational reasons, but the absence of a name on this page does not exclude it from coverage.

This master disclaimer supplements any initiative-specific disclaimer. If there is a conflict, the more specific or stricter term will apply to that initiative.

2. Nature of content and no professional advice

Agni Samaj publishes educational and media content, including analysis, commentary, research, and public-interest material. Content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You should seek qualified professional advice before acting on any information.

3. Intellectual property and fair dealing

We may display or reference third-party copyrighted works for permissible purposes consistent with Section 52 of the Copyright Act, 1957, such as private study or research, criticism or review, and reporting current events and current affairs for educational purposes. We claim no ownership over third-party materials used under fair dealing. All rights remain with their respective owners.

If you are a rights holder and believe your work has been misused, contact: support@agnisamaj.com (or the initiative’s listed email).

3A. Workshops

By joining any Workshop session, you agree to the following:

  • No recording or redistribution of any audio, video, screen, or content from the workshop, whether by software or external device.
  • Participation is personal and non-transferable. Joining from multiple devices or sharing access links is prohibited.
  • All content, discussions, and materials are the intellectual property of the host/organizers and may be shared later at our discretion.
  • Disruptive or unauthorized behavior may lead to removal without re-entry.

4. Nature of payments, taxes, and invoices

a) Nature. Payments made in connection with Agni Samaj Projects and Platforms are voluntary subscriptions or fees for content already created or services already made available. These payments are business revenue, not charitable donations. No 80G or donation-linked exemptions apply.

b) Taxes. Payments are subject to applicable taxes under Indian law.

c) Invoices. GST invoices are issued for eligible payments. For payments made by UPI or bank transfer, email your payment receipt and billing details to support@agnisamaj.com (or the initiative’s listed email) so we can issue your invoice. Payment confirmations generated by apps or gateways are not GST invoices.

d) Processors and currency. Payments may be processed by third-party gateways or processors. Those processors may apply their own terms, fees, exchange rates, and KYC. Settlement currency, conversion, and fees are determined by the processor and banking partners.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Because payments are made after content has been consumed or access has been provided, payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Duplicate or clearly erroneous transactions will be reviewed and, if verified, refunded to the original payment method. For refund queries write to support@agnisamaj.com with full transaction details.

6. Anti-money laundering, KYC, and misuse

We comply with applicable AML, KYC, and fraud-prevention obligations. We may request additional information, suspend or decline a transaction, or reverse access if a payment appears suspicious, unlawful, or in breach of this disclaimer or applicable law. Do not use our payment pages to launder funds, process chargeback fraud, or conduct prohibited activity.

Our platforms may link to or embed third-party sites or services. We do not control or guarantee the availability, accuracy, security, or compliance of any third-party content or service. Your use of third-party sites and services is at your own risk.

8. Audience advisory

Our educational and editorial content can include strong critique and firm opinions. If you find such material uncomfortable, please do not access it. Viewing or interacting with our content is your conscious choice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agni Samaj will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of or reliance on its content, platforms, or payment pages.

10. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with Agni Samaj’s Privacy Policy and any initiative-specific privacy statements. Third-party processors may process your data under their own policies and legal bases.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

This disclaimer and any payments made to Agni Samaj are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a different dispute venue is mandated by applicable law.

12. Updates and versioning

We may update this master disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Updates may include adding or amending references to specific Projects and Platforms.
